USERS
Even though access to and/or use of the portal does not require users to register, it is possible that the use of some of the services may be subject to filling out a registration form and to using an access code consisting of a login and a password that the user will receive after having completed the registration process.

Therefore, regarding the registration process and the data that are requested, the user is bound to provide and keep information true, accurate and complete regarding his identity, and he must notify LUQSA, S.A. of any change. Moreover, the user undertakes to make diligent use of the login and password, to not give them to third parties and to notify LUQSA, S.A. of the loss or theft thereof and of possible access to the same by a third party. The user is solely liable until said notification to LUQSA, S.A.

The user acknowledges that LUQSA, S.A. is the exclusive owner or has the corresponding license to all the content of this web page, which includes but is not limited to all texts, messages, photographs, designs, logos, source codes, graphics, images, drawings, audio, video, computer programmes, multimedia products, “look and feel”, trade marks, commercial names and all distinctive signs that appear on the same.

USE OF COOKIES
Regarding the use of cookies, LUQSA, S.A. informs users that whenever they may navigate through different screens and pages of this web site, cookies are used. A cookie is a small text file that the server can save on the hard drive of computer equipment in order to store some type of information about the user. A cookie can only be read by the web site that sent it to the computer equipment. It is not an executable file and cannot propagate or contain any virus. LUQSA, S.A. uses these data for the ultimate purpose of improving its services. The information that is stored by this mechanism allows recognising users during their various visits to the web site, and it provides information about the date and time of the visit, measures some parameters of the traffic within the web site and estimates the number of visits made, thereby allowing LUQSA, S.A. to most effectively report, focus and readjust the services that it offers. LUQSA, S.A. hereby declines, to the full extent allowed by the legal system, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the information of the portal or due to the lack of availability or continuity of operation of the portal and of the content and/or services incorporated therein.

INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
LUQSA, S.A. will make every reasonable effort to guarantee accessibility to and the availability of the portal every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to alter, eliminate, interrupt, suspend and/or cancel access to, the services of and/or the content of the portal, without the need for prior notice and at any time.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation, to which both parties expressly submit. If legislation allows the parties to waive their jurisdiction and submit to another, LUQSA, S.A. and the user hereby expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may have a right and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lleida.
